Description

Pair of original Swedish Art Deco upholstered armchairs, with Satin Birch arms & feet. These chairs are very stylish, with the ribbed backs & Art Deco shape. They are also very comfortable, because there is good back support & they are well sprung. They have just come over from Sweden, been French polished & totally re-upholstered in a taupe coloured fabric with double piping. These Swedish armchairs were always very well made in the 1930 - 50's period & they will last a lifetime, not like the modern ones available today, which are poorly sprung & don't last more than about 5 years.
