Elmgarden has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
This is a very rare cupboard is made in a medium coloured Oak which has the most wonderful patina.

The interior of the cupboard is very unusual, the bottom cupboard has scalloped shelf and the top section is fitted with 2 banks of graduated drawers and over this there are more scalloped shelves and another 4 drawers, one comes with a working lock and key

This is a one piece cupboard it stands on a bracket footed base, it has a solid oak planked back
There are signs of historic wood worm so this has been treated to make sure it is quite dead, we do not have the keys for the locks on the doors

The cupboard is 75” tall, 39” wide and 17” deep
