A fine quality Regency period Ebonised “Trafalgar” Chair with a triple rope-back with brass collars and raised on sabred legs.

Ca. 1810

This model of chair with the ropes and sabres symbolising naval power was ordered by Admiral Nelson before the battle of Trafalgar but sadly he never took delivery of them.
