A beautiful early Victorian rosewood open bookcase. Of very good solid construction with attractive rosewood veneers onto a mahogany carcas. It has a wonderful colour and patina and the quality of the rosewood is excellent. There are two adjustable shelves , affording ample display space for 3 rows of books. The styles are decorated with floral corbels and the whole thing stands well on a solid plinth base. This desirable and practical bookcase is offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.
