Description

Very handsome late 18th.c. English oak cupboard dresser base c.1780. Plank top with applied mouldings and unusual canted corners over two cupboards and a central bank of three drawers of graduated depth. Raised and fielded door panels and flanked on each side with particularly good quarter columns with carved fluting, capitals and bases. Oak side panels, drawer linings, floor and backboards. Great colour and character with an earlier patch repair to the top toward the front left corner. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
