A Fabulous Victorian Silver Mounted Preserve Jar and Stand.

A fabulous silver mounted preserve jar. The body is straight sided amethyst glass with a star cut base, slight optic ribbing and two side 'lugs'. The lid is fully hallmarked with a matching saucer for the pot to stand on. A gorgeous piece in a much sought after colour, both practical and decorative.
