Antique Fire Back & Basket, Victorian

1900 - 1920
Description

This is an antique, iron, fire back and basket dating to the late Victorian period c.1900.

The thick and heavy, solid iron fire back is of superior quality with serpentine moulding beautifully framing the Prince of Wales Feathers and Crown emblem to the upper centre.

The fire basket with removable grate is of four bar construction raised on square, flared feet and decorated with studded vertical bars and feathered crests to the front.

A fabulous fire place set suitable for all fuel types, delivered ready for installation and use.
