Description

An 18th Century Walnut Open Arm Chair.

The tall slightly raked back flanked by a pair of arms, of rounded profile, with channel mould edges, sweeping to scrolled hand holds. The arms supported by likewise rounded and channel moulded supports of scroll shape. The eat with feather filled loose cushion. the chair standing on scrolled legs, joined by stretchers, all of rounded and channel mould form. The whole with brass stud edging.

Date c 1740.
