Description

A 1920s Swiss pocket watch originally retailed by W Hinds, London.

The watch has a high grade jewelled stem-winding movement which is working well. The movement stamped Swiss made.

The watch measures 49.8mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and was originally Guaranteed to wear 10 years. The case has a screw on front and back. The case has light surface marks from use and the back has some unevenness but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s piece.

The watch lens is plastic and is in nice condition.

The dial is is signed W.Hinds Ltd, London. The dial has a couple of very faint hairline cracks although hardly noticeable but overall it is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.

Price includes worldwide postage.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
