Victorian Walnut Showood Settee

Description

A splendid mid-Victorian period double spoon back settee. Made from an excellent grade of solid walnut, now with a beautiful mellow colour and patina. The serpentine fronted shape is finished with a double spoon back. The frame is decorated with carved detailing, including a lovely central panel to the back. The upholstery is excellent quality and in perfect condition. All standing on its original brass castors. This charming settee is offered for sale in excellent condition. It is sturdy, free from all wobbles and extremely comfortable. It has a wonderful colour and warmth, and it is ready to go straight into the home.
