Large Gilt Wood Mirror with Provenance

Description

A Large George III Oval Giltwood Mirror.

The oval frame with a raised mould edge rim, surrounding the concave fluted body, finished to the inner edge with a beaded and concave banding. The frame holding the original plate glass, and a wood back.

Provenance: Lady Diana Cooper and Viscount Norfolk.

Can be used vertically or horizontally.

Height 43 inches, width 32 1/2 inches.
