Description

A Stunning Quality highly decorative chinoiserie lacquered chest on chest. The upper section with an arrangement of eight various sized drawers and a rectangular cupboard, opening to reveal a shelved and mirrored interior. The drawers having brass engraved escutcheons and cast cherub brass handles, The lower section having two larger rectangular drawers and supported on turned bun feet. Decorated in fine quality chinoiserie landscape panels with raised gold lacquer detail. English in the Chinoiserie taste circa 1900-1910

Dimensions: 74" high x 37" wide x 19" deep

Condition: This chest on chest is in stunning original condition
