19th Century Chinese cinnabar cabinet, superb quality all around, the large pierced and carved pediment depicting a dragon overlooking the cabinet below, the front of the cabinet profusely decorated with a carved Greek key design, pierced fret work, the front of each panel and door depicting a rural Chinese scene, these panels and doors opening to reveal various compartments, the front also has three display shelves, the sides of the cabinet having carved floral decoration with a pierced and carved panel in between, the cabinet sitting on a carved base with scroll feet. Circa 1880.
