Quality Shaped Art Deco Burr Walnut Desk

A very good quality Art Deco burr walnut desk / dressing / writing table on shaped feet. This very good quality example of an Art Deco burr walnut desk dating to circa 1930's.

The rectangular desk top has been quarter veneered in a stunning tight burr walnut with a beautiful colour having a concave front.

Below there is a central working concave drawer which is flanked by three further drawers in each pedestal. Each drawer having very fine handcut dovetails with stunning burr walnut fronts and lined in mahogany which is a sign of quality craftsmanship and use of materials.

This desk is in lovely condition having retained its original shaped walnut handles and is raised on shaped bracket feet.

This desk is in one piece so very solid and sturdy, which has been restored using traditional methods so in excellent condition with a super colour.

It is a very practical and attractive desk that can used an office desk, writing table, dressing / make up table.
