A Beautiful Burr Walnut Victorian Period Antique Credenza

Description

A beautiful burr walnut Victorian Period antique credenza. The shaped top veneered in beautifully figured walnut above a floral marquetry inlaid frieze. Having a central arched door with an oval sevres porcelain plaque with a hand painted romantic scene within an ormolu frame. The door flanked by raised Corinthian columns with ormolu capitols and bow front glazed end doors opening to reveal a silk lined shelved interior. The whole raised on a shaped ormolu mounted plinth with turned bun feet. English circa 1870

Dimensions: 58" wide x 15" deep x 42" high

Condition: This credenza is in excellent condition.
