A wonderful example of a Queen Anne style burr walnut dressing table. With lovely flowing lines, desirable kidney shape and sweeping cabriole legs. Well made in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers. The triptych mirrors are fitted with their original beveled plates and are decorated with crisply carved floral crests. The two side mirrors can be adjusted and set at an angle by swinging them in or out. The kidney shaped table top is surrounded by a carved, gadrooned border and sits over one long central drawer, flanked by two pairs of shorter end drawers. The central drawer is embellished with a lovely carved crest, the other drawers are fitted with their original brass handles. We have had this table sympathetically repolished to a very high standard. It has a wonderful colour and patina and is offered for sale in overall excellent condition.
