Arts & Crafts Mahogany Fire Screen Dated 1918

1900 - 1920
Description

A charming Arts & Crafts fire screen in mahogany with panel dated 1918. With straight supports topped with flat-cap finials and an inverted heart-shaped pierced bottom rail. It has a brass carry handle to the top and stands on shaped arched feet. The screen has a stencilled design of oak tree manner with date 1918 below with glass panel to the front. A very decorative and good quality piece in good condition.

Good condition. Solid and sturdy frame. Wear and marks commensurate with age.
