Gilded Wooden Lamp

1900 - 1920
Description

Circa 1920, this is a tall gilded wood lamp in the shape of an urn, and it is in very good condition. The gilding has worn away in patches, but we feel it adds to the look of the lamp and wouldn't recommend having it redone.

The light measures 41cm up to the lamp holder and including the lamp holder it is 48cm in height. The width across the arms of the light is 24cm and the base is approximately 16cm in diameter.

Our electrician completely rewired the lamp to UK specifications. This lamp came from the same private estate as our other gilded lamp with a large bird - see item No. SA422365.

We have included postage and packing within the UK mainland only, and for areas outside the mainland and for delivery abroad, please contact us for a quote.
