Impressively Large Art Deco Wall Light

1920 - 1940
Description

This Art Deco wall light is approx. 43cm from the top edge of the shade to the bottom tip and approx. 25cm wide. The moulded glass shade is approx. 1cm thick and is quite magnificent in its own right, but it really comes to life when back lit (see photos). The glass behind the top and the bottom circular motifs is convex to enhance reflection. Because of the shade, it is quite heavy at just over 2kg. As this is a larger than normal light it would be ideal for 1 focal area.
