A good quality early 19th century Regency period tortoiseshell TEA CADDY in remarkably good and untouched condition.

The domed lid with its original ball finial handle, opens to reveal twin compartments both with tortoiseshell-veneered lids, whilst the lock (and key) plus escutcheon are all intact and original. No chips; cracks or repairs! 7ins wide; 4ins deep; 6ins high (excl .handle) (17.5 x 10 x 15cms)
