Very Large Bouillotte Table

1900 - 1920
Description

An unusually large French Bouillotte table, in the Louis XV style with marquetry inlay and a brass gallery to the well coloured marble top. On tapering legs with brass feet, this a very elegant and practical table, originally designed in the 18th Century for cards they are now usually used as an occasional table, but make an ideal table for drinks, or at this size in the centre of a hall. Having two drawers and two slides, and in Kingwood, all in good condition.
