Set 6 Scottish Regency Mahogany Dining Chairs. Circa 1830

Description

Fine quality set of six Scottish late regency mahogany dining chairs with over-sailing top rails having veneered figured panels, bold swag backs and standing on finely turned front legs. Drop in seats, recently upholstered. All in fine condition with no breaks, but with a few very minor repairs. All are firm and ready to use. Lovely colour with fine waxed patina. This design comes from Ayrshire in west of Scotland.

Size; 35" high overall, 18" high to seat, 18" wide, 18" deep
