It opens to reveal the navy-blue baize writing surface (replaced) within a gilt-tooled leather border (original); with good fittings and fine pair of patented ink bottles. Long document drawer to the base and three traditional 'secret' drawers. Nicely lined throughout and a good example. 20ins wide; 11ins deep 8ins high (51 x 28 x 20cms)
