Both covers are engraved with a Boar which research reveals is The Arden Family Crest. Under The Boar is Inscribed'' Quo Me Cunque Vocat Patria''.-Wherever My Country Needs Me. The covers ands plates have ribbed and fluted decoration. No tarnishing.The lids are excellent condition.One plate does have minor blemishes.The leaf cast handles are detachable.There are no obvious makers marks.The quality silver plate is on nickel.
