George III Serpentine Sideboard

18th century
Description

A good George III mahogany serpentine shaped sideboard. The good figured mahogany top with cross band edge between boxwood line inlay. The front having a combination of cock beaded drawers, cupboard and cellarette with oak linings. The "knee hole" with further cock beaded detail and the whole stands on 6 square tapering legs with spade feet. The brass handles have some age but are later replacements. Circa 1810.
