Edwardian Mahogany Tub Chair

1900 - 1920
Description

A good quality antique Edwardian tub chair in mahogany. It has vertical splats, with shaped arm supports and elegant tapered and reeded legs. It has been newly reupholstered in a light grey brocade fabric. Solid and sturdy, although it does have an old mend to the front of the seta rail and the top rail. Dating from circa 1910.

Solid and sturdy. An old mend to the seat rail – an old bracket underneath. An old mend to the top rail. Good colour and patina. Newly reupholstered.
