Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The mirror rotates, can be adjusted up and down in height, and can be tilted back and forth. Would make a wonderful addition to a bathroom or would look great in a barbers shop.

Solid and sturdy. Wear and marks to top commensurate with age. Gaps to mirror frame (see photos). Some old splits to underneath where legs join central pillar, which have been glued up over the years. Visible joint along table top.
