Marble Top Carved Oak Console Table C.1860.

Description

Beautiful mid 19th.c. marble top and oak console table c.1860. Shaped grey marble top with serpentine front and a deep thumb moulded edge. On oak base with two drawers in the apron and exceptional carved and shaped front legs ending in a scroll and pad foot. Straight column form rear legs. Some scratching to the top of the marble which could be polished out if required. Otherwise excellent condition, the timber mellowed to a lovely honey colour.
