Rare Late Victorian Silver & Glass Inkwell 1895

This rare and unusual Victorian SILVER & GLASS INKWELL was made by John Grinsell & Sons in 1895. Of circular form with hinged lid this lovely inkwell has a beautiful gadrooned lower half. Free from any added engravings, monograms or initials, it is complete with the original glass inkwell.

In excellent condition, free from any nasty knocks or dents and showing very little sign of age despite being over 120 years old, this rare piece would make a lovely gift, would look terrific on any desk or would add to any collection.
