This example has more inlay that the usual table of this type without making it too fussy.
The cabinet has a hinged lifting top that is glazed to allow access into the interior that has the original pale green crushed velvet. This material gives a superb background to show off your collection.
The cabinet if fully glazed around all four sides.
The rectangular top made in mahogany has box wood stringing as well and inlaid motifs to each corner.
This display table has a square tapering leg to each corner and again with boxwood stringing as well as the motifs at the square sections at the top if the legs, that fininsh on spade feet.
The four legs are joined by an elegant double bowed cross stretcher, that again has fine box wood stringing.
