Description

For sale is a good quality 18th Century and later Green Chinoiserie Bureau. The top of the bureau is decorated with an oriental figure crossing a bridge, as well as decorative birds and flows. Below this is the fall which displays further oriental figures, a pagoda, fishing boats and more birds and flowers in keeping with the top. The drawer fronts, and sides of the bureau are also highly decorated with oriental scenes, as displayed in the photographs. This piece is in good condition having been re-finished by hand.
