A fine quality Anglaise Riche style French carriage clock. The substantial case with bevel-edged glasses throughout. Fluted pillars to the four corners topped with Corinthian capitals and the handle to match. A fine and original clock in fully restored condition.

The fully serviced French eight day movement of typical high quality, striking the hours and the passing of the half hour on a blued steel coiled gong, with the facility to depress the button on the case top to repeat the last hour. The original silvered lever platform escapement. Blued steel "Breguet" hands.
