Here we have this chest of lovely smal;l proportions made of antique timber.
The chest was made as a reduced version of a Georgian chest that were of a much larger size.
Hence cabinetmakers started to make custom pieces from old timber to fit the demand.

This chest had the added feature of box-wood stringing around the chests drawers and it stands on bracket feet.
