Description

This superb SILVER & FAUX TORTOISESHELL TRINKET BOX was made by Horton & Allday in 1917.

The lid of this lovely box is made from Faux Tortoiseshell inlaid with lovely pique work of flowers and garlands. The interior of the box is lined with beautiful green velvet which is in excellent clean unworn condition. Standing on three slim legs this the box is free from any added engravings, monograms or initials.

This unusual piece is in excellent condition and would make a lovely gift or would add to any collection.
