Rare Silver Inkwell & Stand 1919

A superb Rare Silver Topped Glass Inkwell with matching solid silver stand made in 1919 by Walter & Charles Sissons.

This fabulous inkwell has a lid and tray made from heavy gauge silver which has a lovely raised design running around the lid and base and the tray stands on three beautifully embossed legs. The glass inkwell is in perfect condition with a star cut base which adds to the quality of this superb piece. The silver shows no signs of wear or usage and there are no added engravings, monograms or initials.

This lovely inkwell and stand are in excellent condition despite being almost 100 years old and would grace any desktop or add to any collection.
