Description

This charming double-sided knotted-pile vanity-bag is complete with original tassels - bound on for good luck. The bag was made by Baluch nomads in the Sistan region of south-eastern Persia around 1890-1900. The bag is in good overall condition bar a small area of re-piling due to moth damage in the past.
