Antique Early Victorian Mahogany Tea Table

Description

Very useful antique early Victorian mahogany tea table in good condition, with a wonderful original colour & patina, which gives it great character. This table is very versatile as it can be used as a side console table or opened up to seat four people to dine on or play cards. The top just opens up to double the surface & spins around so that it's supported by the framework. There is also some storage space inside. The legs are nicely turned with an octagonal shaping in the middle which is typical of the William IV period, so it may even date from the 1830-40 period.
