Description

This is a set of eight antique dining chairs dating to c.1900.

In thoroughly good order throughout, this set of country kitchen chairs offer a comfortable seat on solid and sturdy oak frames.

Raised on circular section legs united by a box stretcher for added strength, the gently raked back stiles terminate in turned finials above a shaped and dished crest rail.

The stout seat rails are wrapped in the rush which is in very good order, the golden hues contrasting beautifully with the deep warm tones of the waxed oak frames.

A fine set of chairs with wide appeal, delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home.
