Description

A good quality mahogany half moon, or demi-lune, card table in the Chippendale style. Of excellent construction from a very good grade of dense mahogany timber with attractive flame mahogany veneers to the top. The half moon top has a decorative gadrooned edge , it folds over (and is supported by a pull-out back leg) to reveal the playing surface which is fitted with a green baize. The whole table stands on elegant cabriole legs which terminate in characteristic ball and claw feet. This lovely table is offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.
