The box itself is of beautifully figured burr walnut and opens to reveal the well fitted interior. The full set of tools and implements include: set of 7 mother-of-pearl cotton reels; set of 6 MOP winders; matching needle cleaner; tape measure and waxer and a tray of tools which include MOP handled implements and fine pair of scissors.
Both the inside of the lid and the compartment below are also veneered in fine burr walnut. Makes label for: Parkins & Gotto, Oxford Street, London. 12ins wide; 10ins deep; 5ins high. (30 x 25 x 13cms)
