Rare Silver Art Deco Card Case 1914

Description

This superbly decorated SOLID SILVER CARD CASE was made by E.J.Trevitt & Sons. This lovely Art Deco Card Case, hallmarked in Chester in 1914, is decorated with beautiful engraved swags and bows and with an attractive uncommon raised embossed border edge. There are no added engravings, initials or monograms and this superb piece is in excellent condition with little or no wear visible despite being over 100 years old.

This unusual and rare piece, which is just the right size for today's business cards or credit cards, would make a lovely gift or would add to any collection.
