An early Royal Worcester rare birds nest pot and cover, likely to have been modelled after a classical tale or play. extremely rare item, fully Factory marked with a date code for 1868. Perfect original condition, no damages or restoration, quite remarkable given its detail and age. App. 4'' (10cm) across and app. 3.5'' (9cm) high.
