Scottish Georgian Mahogany Longcase Clock. Circa 1790

Description

Fine Scottish George III figured mahogany longcase clock with 8 day striking movement by Francis Henderson of Musselburgh (nr. Edinburgh). The case all in fine original condition with only a couple of minor repairs; is a lovely rich colour with fine waxed patina. The movement has recently been fully overhauled and in in perfect working order. Comes with all keys.

Size; 84" high, 19" wide at hood, 10" deep at hood. 12" dial.
