12 Drawer Collectors Cabinet by Standish. Circa 1870.

Description

This fine cabinet was made by standish, cabinet makers to the museum service and was built circa 1870.

A very high quality cabinet in beautifully figured mahogany sporting twelve usefully deep drawers. Each drawer having a closely fitting glazed frame top to protect and keep dust and pest free, the contents. Drawers are base lined with a layer of cork and papered.

The cabinet is in excellent condition and we are able to deliver to most locations with necessary care and concern for the benefit of the piece of furniture.
