This is a very attractive and good quality piece, the stool stands on 3 reeded legs set on a heavy baluster column, the top is upholstered in dark blue leather, the stool has a brass and iron revolving mechanism which raises and lowers
The stool is 17” in diameter, and is between, 19” and 23” in height
