A PAIR of particularly fine quality 19th century Continental OIL PAINTINGS on copper, probably of German origin.

One depicts a young couple conversing while Father (?) sharpens knives on a whetstone. In the other, a well-to-do family appears to enjoy a visit to the countryside whilst being served refreshments from a young liveried Negro servant boy.
