Victorian Solid Silver Vase - William Comyns -1896

This beautiful SOLID SILVER VASE was made by the well-known and sought after silversmith, William Comyns in 1896. Standing on a raised weighted base and with a fluted top, the vase is wonderfully decorated with an embossed flower and scroll design. Free from any added engravings, initials or monograms, the vase is watertight and so could be used for displaying dried or freshly cut flowers.

This lovely vase, made by a master silversmith, is in excellent condition despite now being 120 years old and would add to any collection or make a wonderful gift.
