Description

Classic George III double ended marrow scoop spoon by renowned female silversmith Hester Bateman. The spoon has 2 different sizes of scoop and a Hanoverian drop to the larger end. Hallmarked for London 1780.

It measures 8 7/8" long and 5 3/16" wide at the widest point and 3/8" at the narrowest. It weighs 1.2ozt/37g. Condition is very good; just light surface wear and rubbing to the edges of the hallmarks on the stem.
