This is a very heavy table, it has a 3” thick planked Oak top and the legs are made from 4ft5” thick wood, both the table and the benches have an H stretcher, this is a very sturdy design and most commonly uses for tables with very heavy thick tops
The table is a beautiful golden Oak Colour, it is sound and does not wobble, well with a piece of this strength and quality it will stand up to no end of use, there is the usual shrinkage in the leg frame that we associate with a piece of this age but no woodworm or other faults
This is a large table and will seat 12 diners, it is 87” long, 34” wide, 31” high and 24” under knee hight . The benches are 86” long x 18" high and 12” deep
