Antique Early 19th Century Ash & Elm Windsor Chair C1830

Description

Lovely antique early 19th century windsor chair dating from aorund 1830. Constructed from solid ash with a solid elm seat it has a pierced central splat with turned sticks to the top half and turned bobbin supports to the lower half of the half hoop arm support. It stands on beautifully turned legs joined by a turned stretcher.

In lovely condition with good colour and patination it measures:

43" high X seat height 17" X 25" deep X 27" wide
